I am very happy with the heating pad. It is exactly what I wanted and I am putting it to good use. I even slip it into my bed a few minutes before I get in - just to warm up those cold sheets. I sent you another email earlier today.

For many years, we have been buying heating pads becuase of arthritic and other problems. and gradually we realised that Larger would be nicer, and this one is just as large as it should be.
They heat well and perform well. I am satiesied with my purchase and very soon planning to get another one for my wife.

Sunbeam offers the Health at Home line of products as an effective way to take good care of yourself and maintain an active life.

Dry or Moist heat therapy or the Active Life. Soothing warmth for sore muscles and temporary arthritic pain.

Product Features :

• 60% larger than standard heating pad
• Absorbent sponge for moist heat therapy
• 3 Heat settings
• Tie bands to hold heading pad securely in place
• Washable cover with snap closure
• Side control with ON indicator light
• Size : 12" x 24"

Directions

• For Dry Heat: Slip the cloth cover over the heating pad and snap it closed. Plug into a 110-Volt outlet and set control to desired heat setting.
• For Moist Heat: Run warm water over the sponge until it is saturated. Gently wring out excess water. Place sponge on top of heating pad; slip the cloth cover over the heating pad and snap closed. Plug into a 110-Volt outlet and set control to desired heat setting.

For washing cloth cover, remove cloth cover from heating pad. Machine or hand wash, using a mild detergent and cold water. Hang to dry or machine dry on cool, gentle cycle.
