After seeing what happened with Katrina, I needed the confort of being able to take care of myself in case of an emergency. The hand powered cell phone charger alone is a life saver. It comes with several cell phone adapters one of which will fit your phone. I tried it out and it does work. You could see the charger bar on. I was very surprised at how good the wind up light and radio worked. All the pieces look like it can take abuse and keep working. This is a must have kit for anyone that lives in a flood area. Or even if you just want peace of mind.

I just moved to Florida from New England and I keep hearing from my buddies up north about all the storms and huricanes and tornadoes. After hearing it so many times, anybody just starts to think about it. I bought this kit just to be on the safe side. The tools are very well made. I tested everything out, it all works well. I especially like the phone charger. It comes with every phone adapter ever made. I even tried it out with an old motorolla phone from back in '96 and it works. (Don't aske why I still have that phone.) The wind up radio light is a must have if power were to go out. I think it pays to own one of these if you feel like you may need it.
