Had a question about the KitchenAid Metallic series 5-quart mixer...mainly what was the warranty? Its not a cheaply priced product and I wanted to make sure I was getting my money's worth before buying the mixer. So I called customer service at homeappliancez.com and they were very helpful and reassuring. Needless to say I have no regrets about the purchase and the KitchenAid mixer works great!
