This Cuisinart Mini-Prep does many of thie things it bigger brothers and sisters do. Cuisinart showed smart design sense by putting the chop and grind functions on opposite sides of the same blade. Works well w/small prep, easy to clean. Keeper!

I like the unit. it is a convienent size for small portions. It is quiet which I like. Easy to clean and does not take a lot of counter space. If not watching can overprocess. wish there were a blade that would do a uniform rough chop.

For a small processor this one is perfect. I have used it to chop vegatables , fruit,and nuts. I use it to grind my whole flax seed. Works great. The small spatula that is included, is the perfect size to scrap the holder clean. Highly recommended.
