I bought this ice cream maker as a birthday gift for my son. He loves ice cream. I made some chocolate ice cream on his birthday. On that day ice cream is soft but I figured it out that the bowl which goes inside the machine should be kept in the freezer, so when its mixing, it will have consistence ice cream. Now its make much better ice cream than store. And my son loves ice cream made out by this cuisinart machine. Thanks

After buying this Cuisinart ice cream maker, and making a couple of time Ice cream, I am so glad I bought it. I never had better ice cream before, I would not prefer to buy store ice cream.
