Know Your Order Status and Track Your Order:

We try to provide up to the minute order information through this automated service available 24/7. Please enter your order number which was emailed to you when your order number was generated. You also need to include your order billing zip-code to know the status of your order for security purpose. If you order is shipped, the tracking number will be displayed with your order status as "shipped". You can then click on the tracking number to view the latest package progress directly from either Fedex.com or UPS.com.

Please make sure you are entering correct order number (all digits of your order number) that was emailed to you by after your placed the order. If you did not receive this number or order confirmation mail, please check your email spam folders before contacting us.

Some tracking numbers do not show package movement daily. This is because the item is in transit to another place and will not be scanned until the package arrives at the next facility. We suggest tracking your package again in a few days in order to see movement.
