We try our best to answer all the questions and the queries we receive at the earliest. Usually we respond to your questions on the same day during the work hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm EST)

Q: How secure and safe is payment transaction on HomeAppliancez.com?
Answer
: We at HomeAppliancez.com use secure servers while checking out to protect your personal information, including your name, address, and credit card information. We use industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption certified by industry leaders in Internet Security Technology. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and not decoded until your card issuer receives it.

We do not store any credit card information anywhere on our servers, thus offering you 100% Secure Shopping. Shopping online on SSL enabled stores is considered fairly low-risk. According to CNN, "The prevalent opinion... is that online credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional 'low-tech' transactions." You should feel as safe as you would using a credit card in a store or restaurant, if not more so. On the other side many other's believe that using credit cards to shop online on secure stores is much safer way of shopping as compared to shopping with credit cards in many of the local stores or restaurants around.

Q. What is your shipping policy ?
Answer: We calculate the shipping rates based on the purchase total of your shopping cart. The total of items in the cart determines how much will you be paying for shipping cost. Most of the packages leave our ware house within 48 hours of your purchase.

Shipping costs / Policies:
We offer shipping to Lower 48 states of United States only.

At this time, we offer shipping to the lower 48 states of America only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, United States Territories, APO, FOP, PO Box, and International.

The Shipping cost at HomeAppliancez.com is based on your purchase, the shipping cost structure is designed in such a manner that more you purchase the lower shipping cost is. Please have at look at your shipping plans to know more about comprehensive shipping rates we offer.

Exclusions: Please Note that some of the items which are heavy and large in nature are not included in this shipping plan. We provide flat shipping rates for items which are not covered in the shipping plans we have on our site. If a item has shipping information on Item Detail page on our site, then this item is excluded from the shipping plan and flat shipping rates will apply to purchase of this item.

Q. Do you ship outside United States or International?
Answer: No. HomeAppliancez.com doesn't ship to destinations outside United states, Due to some logistics and technical reasons, currently we offer shipping to lower 48 states of united states only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, United States Territories, APO, FOP, PO Box, and International including Canada.

Q: Will I be charged any Taxes ?
Answer: NO TAX EXCEPT WITHIN NEW JERESY. We charge 6% tax for deliveries only within New Jersey.
Answer: HomeAppliancez.com charges taxes only on delivery of orders within New Jersey, NJ. If you enter your shipping State as NJ, our system will automatically calculate 6% Tax on your purchase. This tax is applicable to delivery in New Jersey state only. No tax outside NJ. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state

Q. Do you offer express delivery services ?
Answer: No. We do not offer express delivery services under any plans. However a request to expedite shipping or choose express delivery services can be made by coordinating with our customer care team at sales@HomeAppliancez.com. In some cases we do arrange to expedite shipping options at additional cost. In normal cases we use UPS Ground Service to ship your orders.

Q. Do you ship to APO / FOP destinations ?
Answer: No. At this point of time HomeAppliancez.com We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, United States Territories, APO, FOP, PO Box, and International due to some logistics and technical reasons.

Currently we offer shipping to lower 48 states of United States only.


Q. What would be delivery time for my order ?
Answer: Delivery times typically range from 5-10 days but we ask that you allow a maximum of 14 days for delivery. Most of our products are shipped using standard ground transportation. Our products from either our warehouse and usually leave our locations within 48 hours of your order.

Most items leave our warehouse within two business days after you place your order. As soon as it ships, we e-mail you shipping details. You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 5-10 business days from the ship date. Please remember that certain larger items can take up to three to Four weeks for delivery.

www.HomeAppliancez.com can not be held responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed. If you enter shipping instructions on your order, please be advised these are requests and may not be fulfilled. We can not instruct delivery services of delivery times. IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS: UPS does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. The days that UPS is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting up your shipping days, consider this important information.

Q. How do I track my order ?
Answer: We try to provide up to the minute order information through our automated order tracking service available 24/7. The moment you place us an order, we generate an order for you and send you an order confirmation e-mail, which contains all the vital information about your purchase including the order number. You can use this order number to track your order.

Q. Do you refund shipping charges ?
Answer: Yes. We do refund the shipping charges in following circumstances

Under following circumstanced we will re-ship the product for free:

  • We ship an incorrect product.
  • We ship a broken or defective product.

Q: Is it possible to order without using a credit card ?
Answer: If you have a PayPal account, you can use PayPal as alternate method of payments for your purchase.

If you do not have any supported credit cards, we are sorry, but at this point of time due to technical system limitations we are not able to accept orders through other means.

Q. How do I exchange an item?

At HomeAppliancez.com, we'd like to help you resolve a purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible. Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange.

In order to request a exchange for your item, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. After a Savings Ahead Customer Service Representative reviews the request, we will send you a RMA# and the address to exchange the item. You will receive a response within 7 - 10 days. 

General Policies

  1. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  2. All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
  3. An RMA must be requested within 15 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  4. The returned package must be received within 7 business days of the RMA issue date.
  5. All products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
  6. When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
  7. All items must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards, and owner’s manuals.
  8. Please note all returns conditions listed below, as applicable to your return.

Exceptions to our Returns Policy
Due to manufacturer’s policies, we cannot accept returns for some products.

Important Note: Please read the information below when requesting your Exchange Authorization.

  • All exchange requests must have an RMA number. Exchanges sent in without an RMA number will be refused.
  • Customer must request RMA number within 15 days effective from date of delivery of order to you.
  • Customer must print RMA number on outside of shipping box
  • Item(s) being exchanged must be exchanged in original packaging and in original condition along with a copy of the original invoice.
  • Products showing wear, abuse ,alteration or breakage, whether accidental or intentional, can not be accepted back even if within the 15 day period.
  • Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refund of exchange shipping cost may be requested. Refund requests are reviewed on an individual basis at the time of processing and are granted at the discretion of company depending on the reason for exchange.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you send merchandise back via UPS Insured Mail.
  • Certain items including but not limited to edibles (food and drink products), razors, shavers, dental care, hair care cannot be exchanged once used due to health concerns.
  • All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer, not HomeAppliancez.com.
  • Refunds are given by the same method that the order was paid.
  • Please allow 8-15 days after delivery of your exchange to our facility for refunds and exchanges to be processed.

Q: How do I return an item ?

NOTE: Please allow us up to two billing periods for credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Q: I Received a Defective / Non Working / Wrong item, What do I do now? 
Answer: If you received a damaged item or received the wrong item, Please do obtain a RMA (Return Merhchandise Authorisation) by co-ordinating with our Customer care team prior to proceeding to return procedure.

We will re-ship the product for free in following cases:

  • We ship an incorrect product.
  • We ship a broken or defective product.

Q: What are the supported credit cards on your site?
Answer:
Please note that we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover. We are unable to take Foreign Based Credit Cards. We match your address and zip with the actual information on file at your credit card company. Please be sure they match exactly so as to not delay your order.

We also accept payments through PayPal, but you need to have a PayPal account with confirmed address.
